Susie Carr
Susie comes to Houston's 107.5 The New K-Hits with over 16 years experience in broadcast news, traffic and weather. Born in Evanston, Illinois, Susie and her family moved to Houston, Texas when she was still crawling, so she considers Houston her hometown.
Susie is a graduate of the Kinkaid School and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Texas Christian University. Susie has also done on-camera work for KPRC Channel 2 and KHOU Channel 11. You may have also heard her on Rock 101, Sunny, Mix 96.5, KILT, KSBJ and KRBE.
Susie loves her two kitties (Harold and Maude), almost as much as live music, and cooking. Susie also enjoys running and Yoga. In her spare time, she's active in the community volunteering at Ben Taub Hospital in Level One and Two-Care in the nursery and volunteering every year with the HSPCA Telethon.
